AECOM currently has an opportunity for an Civil Engineering Project Manager to join the growing team of professionals in our Transportation Bridge Group in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will contribute primarily in bridge design projects.
Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
Manages more complex clients and projects.
Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.
Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.
BS in CE required, MSCE and or MBA preferred.
NH PE required
NHDOT design experience and working relationships with NHDOT staff required.
Microstation and Inroads experience for NHDOT projects required. Civil 3D for other projects a plus.
Minimum 15 Years of applicable design and project management experience required.
Experience designing projects valued at more than $50 million construction value required.
Minimum 5 years experience managing a staff of more than 5. Larger staff management a plus.
Experience w/marketing, proposal prep, fee preparations, negotiations, and contracts required.
Experience developing and managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and cash flow for a min staff of 5 required.
Experience developing and mentoring staff with less and more experience required.
Experience projecting staff workload required.
Experience with implementing QA/QC programs required.
PE in MA/RI/CT/ME as well a plus
Design-Build experience a plus.
Experience/relationships with municipal and private development clients a plus.
