  • Laptop allocation through IT work with IT to ensure that team get the laptop on time.
  • Work with admin to get P&P team get their Access card and ensure return
  • Facility co-ordination Manage the facility from delivery perspective it's a 240 seats + we will be adding another 200 seats shortly.
  • Seat Allocation & Management allocate seat as when employee joins
  • Work with admin on Visitors Checklist Arrangement / ID Card etc
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for the site and interact with admin on related audits.
  • Procurement Delivery Handling work with procurement team on the procurements for the team. Follow process and procedures / ack delivery of materials and ownership.
  • Work with IT/ Admin/ Sourcing for any facility needs
  • Other operation issues seats, repair, maintenance, stationery, business cards all these will be worked through enabling teams but it will be the candidate responsibility to make sure these gets done.
  • We have 7 sites across US, Canada & Mexico and the person will help manage it. And if required travel.
