We are looking for highly motivated Research Enrollment Coordinator Ito engage, recruit and enroll participants into the All of Us Research Program at multiple locations including, Brighamand Women s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women sFaulkner Hospital, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, North Shore Medical Center, BrooksideHealth Center, Chelsea HealthCare Center, Revere HealthCare Center, and SouthernJamaica Plain Health Center. The Research Enrollment Coordinator I isresponsible for engagement, recruitment, and enrollment of patients in multiplesettings (primarily clinic-based approach of patients, engagement with patientsfrom a Program table, and phone-based outreach). This role provides exposure tomultiple aspects of a large nationwide research program. The position requiresperiodic evening and weekend hours.

The Allof Us Research Program is a national research program with the goal ofbuilding a diverse cohort of one million U.S. volunteers. The Program willwidely represent the U.S. population with participants from differentsocioeconomic backgrounds, ancestral backgrounds, health conditions, andcertain environmental and geographical factors. All samples and data will bestored in a secure database and provide researchers with baseline data,biospecimens, healthcare records, survey data, wearable device information andgenetic results. The Research Program will support research in various areasincluding pharmacogenetics, precision medicine, prediction and prevention toadvance treatments of diseases.

PRINCIPALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Indicate key areas of responsibility, major job duties,special projects and key objectives for this position.These items should be evaluated throughoutthe year and included in the written annual evaluation.

  • Communicate the mission and objectivesof the All of Us Research Program(AoURP) to potential participants and articulate how the mission can benefitour community.

  • Participate in engagement activities including, but not limited to, a) engagingwith patients at Program tables at hospitals, community health centers andcommunity-based events; b) approaching patients in the clinical setting; and c)calling patients on the phone.

  • 3. Recruit study participants at community health centers andhospital-based clinics. Assist with electronic informed consent usingspecialized software, answering questions from participants.
    4. Track and record engagement and enrollment activities in program-specificsoftware. Responsible for data validation and quality control.
    5. Conduct physical measurements and vital signs and perform phlebotomy(blood draws) on research subjects.

    6. All other duties asassigned

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS: (MUST be realistic, neither overstated nor understated, and related to the essential functions of the job.)

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Bachelor s degree preferred but not required.

  • The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with diverse communities, is flexible, positive, friendly and a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

  • Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.

  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred.

  • Fluency in languages other than English preferred.
