SAP HR Specialist Philadelphia, PA Long-term Contract As the SAP HR Specialist, you will be responsible for acting as a high-level individual contributor to the HR Data Management Group. As the SAP HR Specialist, you will provide support for organizational management and personnel administration requests with a high degree of detail. This SAP HR Specialist will evaluate and analyze requests, validate and manipulate the HRIS data relevant to the situation, determine the appropriate resolution and/or escalation, process the transaction as appropriate and communicate the resolution and escalation to the customer, staying consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Required Qualifications: Able to handle extremely sensitive information (confidential company, salary and personal information) using considerable tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment Responsibilities: Create, maintain, review and audit of all the organizational structure of the company within SAP based on requests received from HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition and Finance Maintain accuracy of employee data by analyzing and entering organization data and other pertinent information changes into the systems. Ensure proper organizational links with cost centers, position numbers, etc. interface with payroll Process pay-impacting employee life cycle changes and other personnel administration updates in SAP based on requests received from HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition and Finance Manage and analyze/validate a high volume of complex transactions as they are received for accuracy and appropriateness (aka validating tax structure is accurate, exemption status of position matches the job, cost center is appropriate, etc.) The types of OM transactions completed include (but not limited to) the creation of work locations, positions and jobs as well as all position movements including the simple department restructures, mass position movements due to compensation audits as well as the major region or division realignments.
