The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for triaging issues related to computer hardware, software, telecom, and network systems. You will help manage a mixed infrastructure of Microsoft Windows and Mac workstations across an enterprise, call center, and warehouse environment. The environment is fast-paced and complex, with networking knowledge necessary to effectively troubleshoot issues. You will be a key contributor on an infrastructure team and will contribute in infrastructure projects as necessary. In addition, the role will require participation in a 247365 on-call rotation to support production systems and business operations. Responsibilities Manage a Windows environment through Active Directory and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Maintain a Mac environment using JAMF Pro cloud software Control access to various SaaS applications including Office 365 and Salesforce Assist with configuration of hosted PBX and IVRACD Documenting, communicating and enforcing IT standards Expectations Outstanding communication and collaborative skills Proactively troubleshoot and improve upon processes Security advocate in decision making Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without close supervision Manage time well and prioritize tasks to meet project needs Qualifications 3 years of IT support required General understanding of IP networks including VOIP and VLANs, CCNA or equivalent preferred Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy required Understanding of SCCM imaging and application deployment BABS in Information Technology or related field Travel Associated topics: assist, deskside, information technology, information technology analyst, network, support, systems administrator, technician, technician iii, technician iv
