Job Description

EarthCam, a leader in camera technology is seeking a Technical Support Specialist. This role is responsible for the day to day operations of our technical support group, with emphasis on continued growth/scaling of the support organization.

- Phone and email support
- Customer Satisfaction: Customer Support is viewed as a critical touch point for our expanding customer base. Ensuring customer satisfaction will be your single most important goal in this role.
- Technical Resource Management: As part of the daily management routine, focus will be placed into ensuring the efficient communication/interaction between Support and the various groups within our company. This also includes providing internal structure to minimize the use of external resources.

Required Experience/Skills:
- 1 year in enterprise support/service delivery
- College Degree or Technical School is a plus
- Strong desire to provide customer service
- In-depth understanding of networking
- Understanding of open source system administration, Linux a plus
- Internet infrastructure: Concepts familiar
