Albright College is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Grants and Sponsored Programs.
The Director of Grants and Sponsored Programs is responsible for seeking, securing, and reporting upon foundation, corporate, and government grants, which support institutional priorities and faculty scholarship. Albright College received a multi-year Federal Title III Grant in 2018 and this position will play an important role in campus implementation and reporting. This position serves as a connector across campus and reports to the Vice President for Advancement. The position works closely with faculty and plays an active role in academic affairs, including taking direction from the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
The successful candidate will have exceptional project management, writing (technical and non-technical), and research skills in addition to the work experience to effectively collaborate with campus partners to aggressively pursue financial resources to help further the mission of Albright College.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience in proposal/grant writing, working with foundations, state/federal government, and/or corporations required. Experience in Higher Education is preferred.
