  • Leadership - Head of Organic Search will be overseeing all the activities of SEO department and will be directly supervising all the team members. This will include aligning goals, as well as providing mentorship to current team members.
  • Thought Leadership - Ideal candidate should be thought leader in natural search /SEO and should have good tactical, strategic knowledge of all the discipline of SEOs
  • Performance KPI and Reporting - Experience in establishing dashboard, providing reporting and insights to cross-functional partners and the leadership team around core SEO metrics, including ranking, traffic, CTR, conversion and other key business metrics across various discipline.
  • Strategy - Driving strategic direction for all the SEO initiatives including content, keywords, onpage and offpage initiatives, technical SEO initiatives, social media initiatives etc.
  • Innovation - Head of Organic Search plays significant role in establishing through leadership and working with the R/D team and product team to drive innovation and create cutting edge strategies. Works with different teams to come up with omnichannel strategies and attends and speaks in search events to keep ahead in all SEO trends.
  • Research and Analysis - Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in SEO campaigns. Develop, Implement, Research and analyze competitor advertising link building strategy.
  • Technical SEO - Solid understanding of schema's, site architecture,international SEO and more. Works with programming and CMS, content team to deploy strategies to enhance website architecture, content, linking strategies and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

  • Proven SEO (Technical, Local) and Content Marketing experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the search engine industry, best practices, search engine algorithms
  • Solid understanding of local SEO, Technical SEO, Social, Content Marketing, International Promotion
  • Engineering background or strong technical background preferred
  • Good understanding of all the SEO tools
  • Ability to connect dots and create / implement Omnichannel Strategies keeping customer problems in mind including SEO, Social, and Content Marketing
  • 10+ years' experience - SEO, CRO, Technical and Local SEO, SEO software'sand Tools
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Proven track record building and leading a high performing team
  • Up-to-date knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Strong communication skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of all SEO and Social toolset.
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing
