Work closely with Oracle's internal business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracle's applications internally. The main responsibilities may include: Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues and communications. Define business specifications with the internal user community for the global deployment of the application. Define and drive business specifications for product and component integration points. Map standard application functionality to global/local business specifications. Manage product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change. Gather specifications and drive solutions from a global perspective across the e-Business Suite. Define product enhancements to drive solutions across the e-Business Suite for all customers. Manage product setup definition and configuration along with internal business process teams. Manage all aspect of product rollout and coordination with internal teams. Define specifications for data migration from legacy systems into newer applications. Define specifications for data interfaces between applications for product rollouts. Manage user acceptance testing and transfer of information to internal teams. Provide technical support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed. Establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company*s information processing systems. Coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls. Interact with senior management within Product Development, Business organizations and Global IT.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Individual should hold at least eight years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

The primary responsibility of the Cloud Infrastructure Architectis to plan, design and assist with the implementation of cloud services for theOracle Data Cloud
This role would be responsible for understanding how to modelcloud architectures and provide expertise on designing and developing thehybrid cloud infrastructure of the ODC. Additional areas of responsibilityinclude:
To deliver proof-of-concepts and projects focused on Cloud Architecture
To lead the implementation of projects across Infrastructure and Application teams
To define and implement enterprise cloud strategies and concepts
To analyze application portfolios for optimization and efficiency
To develop customer solutions, such as web applications and enterprise applications
To identify dependencies and common infrastructure components, and to assess migration feasibility
To mentor Cloud Engineers in architectural practices and industry standards
To create and work against cloud migration roadmaps, and to drive acceptance across complex organizational structures
In collaboration with the rest of the Infrastructure team(s) theCloud Infrastructure Architect will develop and implement cloud solutionsacross a diverse range of projects, which can include application development,identity/access management, network, and data management. They also often workin coordination with other departments to implement changes in architecture,and they need to communicate well with other organizational teams and mustsupport them in their respective endeavors.*
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
7 or more years of IT infrastructureexperience
Experience driving discussions with seniorpersonnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation
Hands-on experience leading the design,development and deployment of business software at scale or current hands ontechnology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualizationexperience
Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies required
Integration of cloud services with on premisetechnologies from Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc.
Experience with IT compliance and riskmanagement requirements (eg. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.)
Scripting and/or coding skills
Ability to travel to Broomfield, CO on aperiodic basis
Knowledge of primary Cloud-native services(Compute, Networking, Storage, Messaging)
Strong track record of implementing servicesin a variety of distributed computing environments
Leading highly-available and fault-tolerantenterprise and web-scale software deployments
Large scale migration experience Data Centerto Data Center, Data Center to Cloud, and/or Cloud to Cloud
Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (E.g. shell, Python, Ruby, Powershell)
Systems management using Terraform, Ansible,Puppet, etc
Strong practical Linux and Windows-basedsystems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment
Experience managing data center operations,including data assurance, monitoring, alerting and notifications
Demonstrated ability to think strategicallyabout business, product, and technical challenges
