Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.

The Lead Analyst - Operations & Contracts will support the NetSuite Oracle Customer Success Operations organization, in the NetSuite Global Business Unit (NSGBU). This individual will be focused on standard and non-standard transactions within the region, i.e. enforcement of Company policies and procedures (Finance, Legal, Operations), business analytics and reporting insight, escalation of non-standard transactions and legal document generation, maintenance, review and modification. This role will partner with multiple internal groups including the Services Verticals, Sales Operations, Finance and Legal to maintain compliance, eliminate complexity and provide efficient customer support.
Work with Legal and Finance and the NetSuite Global Business Unit (NSGBU) to facilitate approvals, and signature approval process for custom Statement of Works and Project work orders.
Interface with appropriate NSGBU staff to understand the business, finance and/or technical issues that may arise in the contract process.
Exercise sound judgment on case by case basis for exception approval and modifications.
Ensure compliance with published Services and GBU business approval policies. Partner with internal organizations to understand contract requirements. Collaborate with impacted parties to generate acceptable documents to facilitate deal closures.
Work with the team and PS management to identify process improvement and/or training opportunities.
Strive to meet or beat published service level agreements.
Navigate contracts database for information regarding customer/partner documents.
Miscellaneous reporting and process documentation.
Work with local business leaders to provide insight and understanding to the NSGBU operations including interpretation and monitoring of NSGBU produced reporting and analytics.
Provide NSGBU leadership with insight into the needs of the organization.
Special projects as needed
Minimum 7 years related experience in the software industry with consulting, operations, contract and/or order management experience.
Experience creating, managing and maintaining shared contracts management databases, including document imaging and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to decisively manage multiple tactical deals, while developing standard cross functional processes and policies.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience integrating the requirements of various departments.
Must be a self-starter with strong organization skills.
Ability to work well under the pressure of multiple deliverable and deadlines.
A willingness to work additional hours, or off-hours, during the last week of the month to support increased volumes in connection with the sales cycle.
Intermediate MS Office Skills (Excel and Word).
Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. NetSuite experience is a plus.
Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
Ability to perform modest to moderate business travel
