eServices Representative This role will be part of an eServices team which focuses on supporting members electronic banking needs including, Mobile, Tablet, Desktop applications as well as with debit card issues, fraud related concerns, wire transfers and electronic fund transfers (ACH) and several other functions. This position will report to the Manager of eServices. The individual will be asked to support and or backup in some of these other areas but will be primarily focused on getting the most out of the digital banking solution. Scope of Position Digital Banking Support Learn the Alkami Digital Banking platform with the intent of becoming a Subject Matter ExpertHelp to optimize and fully leverage the capabilities of the solution across the membership base Support our membership usage of the online banking platform and the related products such as Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Money movements, Budgeting, Account Aggregation, etc. Develop repetitive testing scripts and scenarios to test defects and qualify release updates prior to moving into production. Desktop releases are typically every 8 weeks and mobile typically every 10-12 weeks. Assist troubleshooting technical issues on all platforms - browser related, mobile and tablet (IOS and Android). Assist members with technical problems they encounter while using our site Open and follow-up on tickets with Alkami online support through the Jira ticketing system as needed Review the daily Alkami Audit Security Reports Recommend product and feature enhancements and improvements Support other eServices products and services and team members as required Backup ATM/Debit Card Support Debit Card portfolio support includes Compromised Cards Adjustments Charge-offs MC Apple Pay Fraud watch report/e-mail Lost/stolen card report Travel notifications Back up the ACH Coordinator Process wires Process ACH exceptions and balance daily ACH files Requirements Business ethics, honesty and integrity Strong influencing and interpersonal skills Strong communications skills (written and verbal) Strong technical and User experience skills Member service focused A strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously Ability to work under time constraints Flexible Qualifications College or University degree in Finance or Technology preferred Proficient in the use of desktop and mobile applications Experience in Financial Services preferred (Teller or Back Office)
