Role Summary:

This role is key to keeping the Annie Selke team productive.As a primary contact to our internal team for their technical support needs, the perfect candidate will be a keen problem-solver with a strong customer service mindset. This individual is tech-savvy and operates with a sense of urgency.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in person, via email and over the phone to end users.
• Set accurate expectations for issue resolution.
• Properly document support activities in ticketing system.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, printers and networks.
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair an issue or set up a system.
• Support the implementation of new applications.
• Set up user accounts and profiles.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while responding in a timely manner to tickets and service issues.
• Manage IT supply inventory.
• On call after business hours for urgent IT issues.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education/ Experience/ Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly and accurately troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Customer-service oriented approach
• Knowledge various business applications, PC hardware configurations, basic networking concepts.
• Punctual with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly to train and support end users.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
