What You'll Do Effectively communicate to various personas (from developers to CxOs) while using your knowledge of a wide variety of technology and IT topics, including cloud, IoT, AI/ML, big data, microservices, APIs, data science, and various architecture design patterns Share knowledge with analysts, customers, and conference attendees in various forms, including the use of compelling presentations, product demos, meetups, webinars, and discussions Collaborate with both internal engineering/field teams and external partners to define product road maps, marketing programs, and developer outreach strategies Discuss and debate software implementations, patterns, and best practices with customers and partners, while sharing industry experience and insights
Who You Are 5 to 10 years of experience in software development and/or architecture. Knowledge of various technology areas, including areas such as cloud, microservices, serverless, containers, IoT, analytics, APIs, and stream/event processing. Awareness of current technology market trends and the applicability of these trends to enterprises across various verticals. Superior oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with proven experience in generating excitement for a company s products across a variety of audiences. Experience presenting at conferences, meetups, and webinars, and contributing to developer communities. The ability to convey complex technical concepts to a wide variety of personas, from developers to CxOs. Experience working with pre-sales, post-sales, partner, and engineering teams to support field activities, and to help shape the evolution of a broad set of products and product capabilities.
