Job Summary: This Software Test Automation Engineer position is an individual contributor and develops automated test procedures. He or she is expected to be knowledgeable of and follow industry standard development practices in a regulated product development environment.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Design, develop and support automated unit, integration and verification tests for an embedded software applicationInterface and collaborate as part of the software development team to report and aid diagnosis of issues.Review and provide input to software designs to aid automated testing.Participate in the software development life cycle including maintaining test protocols and requirement tracing. Follows standard operating procedures and software test engineering best practices

Qualifications

3+ years of software development or test (Manual or Automation) experienceExperience with SDLC tools including bug tracking and code repositoryExperience with embedded software development or testing is preferredExperience with BDD is helpful but not requiredExperience with Scrum is helpful, but not requiredExperience with medical device development or testing is helpful, but not required Education and Experience:BS in computer science or engineering discipline Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
